Managing Director Gregory Politis also serves as our Chief Investment Officer.
Gregory established Politis Investment Strategies in 2001 and has been providing financial planning advice to clients, and managing portfolios and investments, since then.
Prior to joining Politis Investment Strategies, Gregory worked as an accountant in public practice.
Stuart has been the Head of the Technical Services team since 2006. Prior to this, Stuart worked in business services at a highly regarded public practice accounting firm.
Stuart oversees the advice provided by all Employee Advisers and Authorised Representatives of Politis Investment Strategies, providing technical support and assistance in the delivery of advice.

Jason is passionate about helping our Authorised Representatives grow their businesses and achieve their goals.
Politis welcomed Jason as Head of Business Development in September 2020.
Prior to this he spent 15 years at Financial Wisdom (a wholly owned subsidiary of the CBA) as State Manager for Queensland. He has also held senior management roles at NAB, AMP and Colonial. His qualifications include a master's degree in financial planning.

Morgan joined the Politis Investment Team in early 2023, and works with Chief Investment Officer Gregory to conduct equity research, manage tactical asset allocations, and monitor risk in our investment mandates.
Prior to joining Politis Investment Strategies, Morgan’s career spans across portfolio management, buy-side equity research, and alternative investment analysis at companies offshore. He has spent the last three years specialising in Australasian equities.
Jackie has been with Politis Investment Strategies since 2005. Over her tenure, Jackie has held numerous operational roles and has developed much of our internal infrastructure. She now leads our back office team as Practice Manager.
Jackie is responsible for our Client Services, Administration, and Human Resource teams. Jackie works alongside her teams, and conducts staff training, business process enhancement, and ensures the smooth running of our office.
Prior to Politis, Jackie worked in operational roles across different service and manufacturing sectors.
As the workflow Coordinator of Politis Investment Strategies, Rowena is at the heart of our operational ecosystem.
With her cross-industry background in Insurance and Investment systems, Rowena is responsible for the smooth running of processes ranging from our investment, insurance, administration and planning services. Rowena has been with Politis since early 2022, and brings with her over 15 years of experience.

Beau has been an adviser at Politis Investment Strategies since January 2020. Prior to this, Beau has worked in the Financial Planning industry for 10 years as an adviser.
Beau assists the strategy development and advice provided by Employee Advisers and Authorised Representatives of Politis Investment Strategies, providing technical support and assistance in the delivery of advice.
Renae has been with the Politis team since 2019. Prior to this Renae has worked as an accountant for 16 years with firms in the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie areas.
Renae assists with providing technical support as well as strategy development of advice for both Employee Advisers and Authorised Representatives of Politis Investment Strategies.

David has been a Technical Services Supervisor at Politis since August 2022. Prior to this David has worked in a range of roles in the financial planning industry, including paraplanner, financial adviser and team leader for both family owned practices and larger financial institutions.
David reviews the advice prepared by a team of paraplanners and financial planners, and provides technical support to this team, and to Authorised Representatives.
Sophie joined the Politis Investment Strategies Compliance Team in 2023. She has a background in planning and an in-depth understanding of Financial platforms and processes.
